Bobby’s magisterial district includes the City of Crittenden, and goes north of Heathen Ridge Road and North of Eagle Creek.  It also includes the Zion Station, Sherman, Mt. Zion, and Flingsville communities.

Bobby Young, Grant County Magistrate – 3rd District was raised in Owen County, Kentucky.  His parents are the late Eugene Young and Mary Jo Towles Young.  His father was the Owen County Clerk for 25 years, and he prides himself after his father's example at serving his community.

Bobby is married to Jacqueline Young and together they have two daughters, Alexandra and Courtney.  They have been married for 17 years and have lived in Grant County since 1993.  Jacqueline is currently a Board Member of the Grant County Schools.

Bobby graduated from Owen County High School, 1981.  He received his bachelor degree from Thomas More College of Business Administration and an associates degree in Economics in 1987.

Bobby has worked in Municipal Sales for 15 years.  He currently is employed by HD Supply WaterWorks.  Bobby is a deacon at South Fork Christian Church in Verona, KY.  He volunteers at CMZ in the Real Men Read program.  Bobby also volunteers as a basketball coach in the Grant County Youth Program.
