Look for the Big Purple truck hosting the Born Learning Message!

You can give your child the building blocks they need to achieve success in school and later in life, just visit the Born Learning Trail at Grant County Park. United Way of Greater Cincinnati and Grant County Fiscal Court partnered in launching the interactive trail as a way to help parents find fun learning moments at the neighborhood park. Young children can learn about the A-B-Cs, shapes and animals by walking along the trail.

GRANT CO ROAD WORK |

-I-75 (MP 146 – MP 159) – Work continues on I-75 Northbound (MP 151 – MP 153), traffic may be restricted to a single lane from 7 p.m. until 12 a.m. During daytime working hours, rolling roadblocks may be used for short periods to slow traffic for blasting operations (MP 146 – MP 151).
Expect minor delays. Please watch for trucks entering and leaving the highway. The speed limit is reduced to 55 MPH on this project (MP 144 – MP 153). "Double Fine" signs may be posted during work times.
-Lawrenceville Road (KY 1993) at I-75 – Lawrenceville Road is closed at the Lawrenceville Road Bridges over I-75. The road will remain closed until fall for new bridge construction. Marked detours will be in place using US 25, KY 2937, KY 1995, Keefer-Lawrenceville Road, and KY 2936.
-Keefer Road (KY 2936) at I-75 – As work continues on the Keefer Road Bridges over I-75, watch for flaggers and for trucks entering and leaving the highway. Expect minor delays.
-Sipple Road (KY 2947) at I-75 - As work continues on the Sipple Road Bridges over I-75, please watch for flaggers and for trucks entering and leaving the highway. Expect minor delays.
-I-75 (MP 144 – MP 146) – Northbound traffic has been detoured over to southbound lanes around MP 145.
The speed limit is reduced to 55 MPH on this project. "Double Fine" signs may be posted during work times. As Construction continues on this project, please watch for trucks entering and leaving the highway.

WILLIAMSTOWN LAKE EXPANSION |

The proposed $30 million expansion of Williamstown Lake in Grant County got a boost in the $555 billion spending bill Congress passed Thursday.
On January 10, 2008 Congressman Geoff Davis presented the Grant County Community a check for $500,000.00 to further studies on the Lake Williamstown Expansion Project.
